The successful bidder will enter into a contract immediately after the auction and will deposit 10% of the sale price as a non-refundable earnest money deposit to be held by Andrew County Title Company. The buyer will close with cash or certified funds within 30 days of the auction at Andrew County Title Company in Savannah, MO. The seller will provide an owner's policy of title insurance. Taxes will be pro-rated as of the day of closing. The cost to close the transaction will be divided equally between buyer and seller. This property sells as-is.
